St. Ignatius Parish nurtures the development of Christian faith and spirituality in those of all ages and stages of life. Two programs, each with its own variety of courses and activities, form the core.
The Children’s and Youth programs include the Children’s Liturgy of the Word, Children’s Faith Formation classes before First Eucharist and Confirmation and RCIA Adapted for Children. A post-Confirmation Youth Group integrates eighth graders and high school students into the life of the parish.
The Adult program is committed to encouraging and supporting a mature, adult faith. A variety of enrichment opportunities are offered, including such Sunday morning events as the Parents + More Workshops, Conversations with Jesuits and the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA). Other activities include Book Clubs, a Film Club and a summer lecture series on current challenges to the faith.
